You can enjoy here the pass of time (it's not always a bad thing!).
And then, enjoy the time effect over the landscapes.
It's time to see how things become beautiful, and how others have disappeared forever.
That's the purpose of this website.

First of all, please search a country, city, town, village or any famous place.
You can type the name of your destiny in the search area:
(or you can navigate over the worldwide using the map!!!)
If you see any pin over the map, click it!
Then, a popup will open. It's time to compare the past and the present.
You can upload images if you have previously created your free account.
To create an account:
Please click over "Login" button in the map page.
Click on "Create" button.
Insert a username, a password and your email address.
Log in to Retromap to start uploading images.
Steps to login:
Please click over "Login" button in the map page.
Insert your username and your password.
If you've forgotten your username and/or password, we can help get you back up and running:
Please click over "Login" button in the map page.
Click over "Forgot your password?" link.
Finally, please insert your email address.
An email will be sent to your email address that includes your username and your password.
In order to upload images, you must be logged in to Retromap.
Once logged, please click over "Upload photos" button in the map page.
Drag and drop both images over corresponding spaces.
(Or you can click over and then, select image from your device.)
Select creation dates of both images (if you know it).
If you have acquired the old photo from another website, you can type the URL to reference it.
Then, click over "Ok" button to continue.
Crop both images to adjust at same appearance.
Then, click over again "Ok" button to continue.
Finally, point on the map the place where photos have been done.
(Or you can type the name of the place in the search area)
As last, click over "Ok" button to continue.
You have successfully uploaded an image!
Just click over "Logout" button in the map page.
